All data is stored in secure, access-controlled environments within your chosen deployment:

VPC: Hosted in your cloud instance
Metadata (not user content) is stored in MongoDB and Qdrant with encryption at rest.

We integrate with third-party tools like GitHub, Jira, Confluence, MLflow, and DVC. These integrations operate using API tokens stored in encrypted vaults. We do not access raw content unless explicitly configured.

We Do Not Use Cookies
The LensAI website and product do not use cookies for tracking, analytics, or advertising purposes.
LensAI is an enterprise-grade platform deployed locally on client-managed environments (on-premise or within their VPC), or integrated into their internal tools such as Jira and Confluence. As a result, we do not place cookies or perform direct data tracking via browsers.
We do not use third-party cookie-based services (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Pixels, ad retargeting tools).

Users interact with LensAI only within their own secure infrastructure or through pre-approved tools. All user analytics or telemetry, if enabled, is client-controlled and never web cookie-based.
